Free parking available in parking lot. Please park in one of the many spots that have a sign stating visitor's parking only it's located directly in front of your balcony. 

Refundable Security deposit is held to pay for any damages that is caused by tenant or their guest(s) during their stay and to block dates for tenant (please review cancellation policy) It will not be refunded if the unit is left excessively dirty, or if inventory (towels, sheets, blankets etc.) you didn't bring has been removed from the property.  Refundable after complete inspection of property after checking out (Within 48 hours). We have allergies so smoking of any kind and pets are NOT allowed no refund given if pets or smoking and you will be asked to leave.  Deposit will be held for smoking or pets or damages to property.

Property has only one bed so infants or children will not have anywhere to sleep 

You will receive check in instructions two days before your arrival.


  


We require background checks for the safety of the neighbors, so we will need a valid ID from everyone staying in unit. There is a $39 charge for this / Rental Agreement is for long term stays




The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, bake ware, coffer pot, spice rack, toaster, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. 

You are close to Harbor Town, Mud Island in front of the river. 

Only two people allowed in property...MAX IS 2 people you will be charge and asked to leave if more than 2 people are staying in unit (refund will not be given)

Balcony over looks the river, walking trails along the river. 

We apologize but due to severe allergies we cannot allow pets. Deposit will be kept if pet is in property. 

No parties or gathering of any kind allowed.

Absolutely not no smoking of any kind or vaping.  There is a $800 charge for smoking in the property or on the balcony. Any smell of smoke in the unit. 

We are on the second floor and it's not wheelchair accessible 

Camera is only at front door to see who enters the property.

You will get amazing river view from your bedroom & balcony.
